Shipping policy

Our standard shipping days are Monday and Tuesday only. Orders received by Thursday will ship out the following Monday or Tuesday. We ship via 3rd party carriers, UPS, FedEx or USPS in an insulated box with frozen gel packs to protect from extreme temperatures. Please note that our edible cookie dough contains no egg product and is prepared with heat treated flour to minimize any potential risk of harmful bacteria. It has been independently tested to remain fresh refrigerated for up to 3 months and at ambient temperatures for up to 3 weeks (though we do not recommend leaving it I refrigerated for extended periods of time to maintain best quality and taste); so if your dough arrives warm with gel packs thawed, it is still safe to eat. We recommend you place immediately in the refrigerator and allow to cool for best taste.
